For R&D : At MLA Group , we pride ourselves on our comprehensive and innovative Research & Development (R&D) capabilities. We have end user application machines like PVC Pipe Extruder , Masterbatch Extruder, Blow Air Film Extruder on which we continuously work to improve performance of our additives. We also have some of the finest lab equipments like Torque Rheometer , Oscillating Rheometer , Atomic Absorption Spectrometer , Two Roll Mill etc which helps us to test and compare performance of our products.

Precipitation Technology

How by a rigourous control of the reaction parameters such as concentration of reactants, temperature, stiring rpm, pH of reaction etc. the particle structure and morphology can be modified to give the optimum combination of properties like bulk density (lightness), absorption capacity, surface area, particle size etc. for a particular application. We have developed precipitated silicas and silicates having absorption capacities as high as 600 % and bulk density 0.04 gm/cc which are unmatched worldwide.

Application Based R&D

At MLA Group, our state-of-the-art facilities include an in-house PVC pipe extruder, rheometer, two roll mill, masterbatch extruder, blown air film extruder, rubber sheet compounding, and surface area analyzer. These enable us to thoroughly analyze end products and design precise grades for industrial applications. Additionally, our advanced Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (AAS) machine, a rare asset in the industry, allows for the accurate detection of heavy metals.
